Refund policy

BORN 4 WHAT gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the order delivery date, we’ll give you a full refund by way of original payment method.
 
All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all the original tags attached.
 
The original invoice should be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return.

Select the reason for your return

Download your label and send it back within 14 days of order delivery date. Item must be post marked within the 14 days.

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

 

ONCE YOUR ITEMS ARE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 DAYS.

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

 ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE.

ITEMS THAT DON’T HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.

FREE GIFTS OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS WITH RETAIL VALUE.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF SWIMWEAR, UNDERWEAR, OR CLEARANCE ITEMS. 

 

Responsibility

Return items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

Ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
