Delivery: Once your order ships, standard U.S. transit time is approximately 3–6 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order is not right for you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, fragrance, stains, or alteration may not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at design@bornfourwhat.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
